Hi candidate,
we are trying to set up a team of around 50-60 software engineers for a new project at SLK Software, Bangalore. Given below is the hiring process for the same.
1st Round – Aptitude Test (Written test)
2nd Round – HR Interview
Once you are shortlisted in these rounds, you would be eligible for a 28 days training which will be administered by Oracle certified professionals at the SLK Software campus. The training would be on Oracle apps (Oracle rice) - Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, OS/FTP Tools, E-Biz Suite, XML Publisher, Case study/Mini Project - E-Biz
3rd Round – Technical screening (Based on the trained topics)
If shortlisted in all the above rounds, you would be given a job offer at SLK software for the position of “Software Engineer” with a starting pay package of approximately Seventeen Thousand Rupees per month (Rs.17, 000/month).
You have to deposit Rs.50, 000 for the training which would be refunded if you are not shortlisted in the technical screening or if you do not get a job offer. So practically, the training becomes free of cost. If you are shortlisted for the project and you are offered a job at SLK Software, then the deposit of Rs.50,000 would be considered towards the training expenses and there would not be any refund as such. There would be a legal document (contract) in place to ensure smooth transaction of this process.
